Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific test scores or results
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of AI evaluations
  • Compatibility with all devices

7. Limitation of Liability

CD IELTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Request by law enforcement
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • Non-payment of fees

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
